Uncast is 1 year old!

And we can walk and talk and spit-up (only occasionally).  My podcast, Uncast is officially I year old!

PS. I love shirt.woot.com. So fucking awesome. I bought a shirt from them and I lurves it. An awesome shirt to annoy all the old people on my cruise! It says Say No to Scurvy. Omg and I just realized I am going to be on a mutherfn boat. Bonus! And maybe some of these old people were pirates. Ooh do ex-pirates go on cruise ships to remember old times?  I know my dad does and he was in the Navy.

Its Christmas eve eve and I've only got two f'n presents

Watching a little bit of the Wizard of Oz yesterday and I realized something. Out of the three ancillary characters traveling with Dorothy, the Scarecrow is the most reliable and smartest. And he is the one without brains supposedly. You know I think the Tin Man should have wished to be a real boy instead of a heart. Is the heart going to help you from being rusted. Dare I say the tin man is tin roof rusted? Damn I can’t believe I went there but I did.

I am on vacation now so everything is coming out nicely.  I have Christmas eve with my parents tomorrow and Christmas day with my honey. I have a cute little outfit and everything. There is KATG meetup next Friday and then Vegas baby. New Years Eve in Vegas. My hubbie and I’s first trip to Vegas together. Hope he will still love me when I am throwing up at 5am on the 1st.

To tease the upcoming episode of Uncast, there will be a Christmas themed Awesome list. Actually I think the majority of the episode will be Christmas themed. Hopefully it will be out by Christmas. So you can curl up by the fire with your loved ones and listen to Christmas Uncast. It will be like watching Its a Wonderful Life. Actually no 1000 times better than that shitty movie. Clarence can go suck an egg.

Back from sabbatical

Did I forget to mention that? Oh wells. I was on a sabbatical for the last couple of weeks or so. Sabbaticals are longer than that you say? I am a quick learner. I churned that stuff I was working on out and now I have random thoughts to fill your minds and hearts.

-These are the jokes here: It is interesting that Al Gore won a Nobel Peace prize this year telling us something Nelly told us 4 years ago. (insert awesome rim shot here) [and get your mind out of the gutter; i mean the drum kind]

-F- you verizon. Pony is now off my wish list. But Unicorn still on there. They are supposed to read your feelings and stuff and tell the future. And fly and are able to comfortably live in an apartment with two people and a cat. So the leprechaun at the Unicorn dealership told me.

-Uncast 39 is probably awesome. I say probably because my recollection of that night is hazy. It is good that we now record our lives so I can reclaim what I have lost. And laugh at my funny jokes as if I have heard them the first time.

Dim Awesome

Dim Sum in San Diego is awesome. There was a group of 5 of us who went to Jasmine for Dim Sum on Saturday. So many options floating around. They had all sorts of dumplings, two different types of pork buns. Way more options than the place in Chinatown we went to earlier in the year.  I also tried chicken feet. Or foot I must say. It was good. I just couldn’t eat it all cuz the sauce it was in was weird to me. I didn’t try the beef tendon or tripe or the baby octopus. One weird thing at a time. But I am going back. Oh and Boba. I love boba. If you don’t know what Boba is, here is a description: a milky beverage with tapioca balls in it that you slurp through the straw. The tapioca balls are like unflavored gummies but they are flavored by the drink they are in. I had iced coffee and a thai iced tea boba. Super yummy. Oh and I said out loud “we have porn at home” in the restaurant.  But more on that on uncast.

Found out that Thanksgiving at my parents will be now whittled down to 7 people from 25-30. Lots of drama happened over the last week and everyone was uninvited and then slowly invited. hehes. So glad I didn’t have to be a part of that inviting committee.

Now it is all prep for next week. Oh and I think I am getting sick. And I think I pissed of my husband by accidentally forgetting to shut the bedroom door when I decided to vacuum the bathroom floor. Oops. I can just say I am sick. Hopefully that will work. Pray that I come back not all janky.

Even Jesus doesn't like you

It really doesn’t have anything to do with this post but I like it anyways.

Bought tix for Las Vegas NYE at the New York New York. We will be seeing Brother Love perform from 9p-1p. They will have a premium open bar. I have no idea what premium means. I wonder if instead of Smirnoff vodka it will be Absolut. Instead of Jack Daniels it will be Wild Turkey (ow).  Oh an the ticket price was 200 per. And two of us. So now I need to eat before so I can soak up $200 worth of alcohol that night.  It will be so much fun.

Tried out my Boot Camp exercise dvd again today.  I can walk around my complex for 30 min. Do the treadmill. But that thing wiped my ass out in 20 min. I am not the most in shape girl but I am not Miss Wheezy either. My legs are sore and I feel so wiped. I was using weights while doing it. So that makes me less whimpy right?

No more boobs at work. We are no longer allowed to show cleavage. It is not like we work at a strip club. But ther is now a secret rule passing around work that says that women should be more mosdest. Well duh. I just have to stop wearing my 1993 Madonna cone bras to work.

In more boobie talks. I realized mine are huge. I just naturally minimize them and through the magic of Canon I realize that they are huge. FYI y’alls.

Uncast episode 35 should be released tonite. We have a guest host on it. Miss Becky and it is particuarly funny if I do say so myself.

Online shopping trip tonite to buy the new Stephen Colbert book, a recorder to make Uncast mobile, baking pans and Miss Becky’s christmas gift. It was fun.

Writing tonite I swear. And I need to eat soon.
